Join Us
We are a not-for-profit organisation so all our running groups and resilience resources are free to access for members.

To become a member please create an account and complete a Physical Activity Readiness-Questionnaire (PAR-Q). This should only take 1-2 minutes.
​
Our runs usually last 45-60 mins depending on the route and how the group are feeling. We always try to stick together as a group but you are welcome to go a little slower or faster if you want.​​

Scroll down to see the locations, times and details of our weekly runs. When possible, please book your place on a run using the Booking Calendar below. This helps us know that people are coming and ensures we have a staff member present to lead the session.
Monday
Linear Park & Two Tunnels
Times: 12:00pm
Meeting point: The Moorfields, 73 Third Avenue, Bath, BA2 3NZ
Terrain: Tarmac
Route: Out and back route which starts by joining the Linear Park from Monksdale Road and heading out towards the Two Tunnels. Depending on pace we may get through both tunnels before turning back.
Wednesday
Sydney Gardens
Times: 9:30am
Meeting point: Sydney Gardens (centre of the park next to the rear entrance to the Holburne Museum)
Terrain: Mixed - tarmac and trail
Route: Out and back route which starts by joining the Kennet and Avon Canal at the top of Sydney Gardens. We head north towards Bathampton along the towpath before turning back to retrace our steps.
